Cancellation & Return Policy

At LivSpringHealth.com, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to deliver your orders with care and precision, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. In such cases, we’re happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

You may request a return if:

  • The item(s) received do not match your order.
  • The item(s) were damaged in transit or are incomplete. (Please refuse delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered with.)
  • The item(s) received are due to expire within 3 months, provided the product’s shelf life exceeds that duration.

Important: If you notice damage after opening the package, please raise a return request within 2 days of delivery. Replacements are subject to availability. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The batch number on the product must match the one on the invoice.
  • Items must be returned in original manufacturer packaging, including tags, labels, and barcodes.
  • The original invoice must be included with the return.

 

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
  • Products that are opened or partially used.
  • Items that require specific temperature-controlled storage.
  • Products that have expired post-purchase.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at Support@livspringhealth.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our customer care team will verify your request within 48 business hours.
  3. If approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup.
  4. Please pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  5. Once received and verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (NEFT).
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days from the date of reverse pickup or refund approval.
