1.3 By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, we advise you not to proceed with a purchase.

2. Order Processing

2.1 All orders are carefully verified, packed, and dispatched within 24 – 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation followed by dispatch and tracking details once your package is shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

3.1 We partner with reputed logistics providers across India to ensure safe and timely delivery of your wellness products.

3.2 Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2 – 3 working days
  • Other Locations: 3 – 7 working days
  • Remote Areas: 7 – 10 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier load, weather, or regulatory restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

We believe in offering transparent and fair delivery options:

  • Orders up to ₹799 – Shipping Fee ₹49
  • Orders of ₹799 and above – Free Shipping

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

5.1 For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India.

5.2 COD Terms:

  • A nominal handling fee of ₹59 may apply on COD orders.
  • Please ensure that the exact order amount is ready at the time of delivery.
  • COD is not available for orders exceeding ₹3,000 or in select non-serviceable areas.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facility for future purchases.

5.3 Once the order is confirmed, the shipping address or payment method cannot be modified.

6. Unserviceable Locations

While we strive to deliver wellness across India, certain regions may be temporarily unserviceable. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team for alternate arrangements.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, shipping or return costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

8. Delays & External Circumstances

While we aim for timely deliveries, certain situations may cause delays beyond our control, including:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural calamities or political disruptions
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or courier capacity constraints
  • Unforeseen local restrictions

In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or SMS. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

9. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/ or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details. You may use this to track your order in real time on our Website or the logistics partner’s platform.

10. Delivery Condition & Acceptance

We maintain the highest packaging standards to ensure your supplements reach you safely.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept delivery and immediately notify our support team. Once accepted, the order will be considered delivered in good condition.

11. Transfer of Ownership

Title and risk of the products pass to you upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided at checkout.
